The UDS TAPER ONLINE software now offers even more flexibility: users can now specify the start of the insulation board installation manually. Previously, this was determined automatically by an algorithm, but in the case of complex floor plans or individual requirements, custom placement can bring advantages. Manual determination means that more whole boards can be used, which reduces waste and therefore saves material, time and costs. Planning also becomes more transparent, as the placement is visualized directly in the drawing and can be adjusted at any time. The new function is available immediately - simply try it out in the “Drainage” work step!
