In the last episode, we explained what PSR (Product Specific Reseller) status actually is and what benefits it brings for you. Today, we will look at the requirements that must be met in order to become - and remain - a PSR partner.
Requirements for becoming a PSR partner
Autodesk places high demands on companies wishing to obtain PSR status. Firstly, the software provider must already have a long and successful presence on the market with its own developments. UDS GmbH meets this criterion effortlessly: we have been active with our specialized software solutions since 1985 and have firmly established ourselves in almost 40 years - a consistency that not many companies can boast.
Another aspect is the long-standing partnership with Autodesk in the USA. UDS can also score points here: We have been working successfully with Autodesk for over 30 years and have built up a close and trusting relationship.
Requirements to remain a PSR partner
However, PSR status is not simply awarded and then remains permanently. To retain this status, partners must continuously demonstrate their qualifications. This is done through regular training and further education, such as that offered at the renowned Autodesk University. UDS GmbH has been investing in the best possible training for its employees for years in order to ensure quality and expertise.
In addition, PSR status is constantly reviewed and requires ongoing confirmation of quality. For UDS, this means that we are constantly developing and improving.
